AAA Black Empowerment Rating
Lange 360 has been awarded an AAA BEE rating by independent rating agency Empowerdex. Our shares are wholly owned by management and staff and every single member shares in our company's profits via our staff empowerment share scheme. We have always been representative of all of South Africa and were one of the first employers of professionals of colour in the late 1980's. Our staff empowerment deal was one of the first in the communications industry and is unique in that the empowerment shareholding is held by our staff who have a say in day-to-day business decisions and not outside shareholders. We have a non hierarchical team approach, with our senior leadership executive team - which is responsible for running the business - enjoying equal voting rights, irrespective of shareholding.
